Step 4: MyCNBox buys and warehouses your item
MyCNBox places the order with the Chinese seller and receives it into its warehouse. From that point you have 90 days of free storage , with paid extensions available if you need longer. Use this window to let several orders arrive so you can ship them together and save on international postage. Be aware that items may be discarded after the free window, so do not forget about a parcel.
Step 5: Review your QC photos and video
Once an item lands, MyCNBox performs quality control: 4 photos plus an approximately 15-second QC video . Look closely at logos, stitching, colorways and, in the video, how the item moves or flexes. If something is wrong, raise it before you ship, resolving an issue while the item is still in China is far easier than after it has crossed a border. For bulk orders, MyCNBox defaults to randomly inspecting 1 item from the batch.
Step 6: Consolidate and choose shipping
When you are happy, submit a shipping request. MyCNBox consolidates your approved items into one parcel, removes bulky original boxes if you ask, and shows you the shipping options to your country. Rates and available lines change over time, so check the current details on the official site and compare cost against speed for your situation.
Step 7: Pay international shipping and track
You pay the international shipping cost, MyCNBox dispatches the parcel, and you track it to your door. Any import duties are set by your own country, not by the agent, so budget for those separately.
